Based in Los Angeles and born in Shanghai, China, Han’s profile @chrishanxoxo (both on TikTok and Instagram) reveals a lifestyle that glitters with glamor. But before all of this, pinned before the brand partnerships, fashion photography, and luxury lifestyle posts is the real center of Han’s world. 

“Luna shares my passion for fashion, and having her around while I work brings a sense of joy and togetherness to my daily routine,” said Han, who is often found side-by-side with her sidekick and best friend. 

Her three-year-old daughter, Luna. 

While a top influencer in fashion and beauty’s online world, with a brand roster brimming with the likes of Giorgio Armani, L’Occitane, Ralph Lauren, and Valentino Beauty, Han is a full-time mom before it all. While TikTok and Instagram are Han’s most dynamic vessels, her roots as a content creator are traced back to 2011 when she launched her Instagram profile. In 2016, she rebranded the account to kickstart her luxury brand ambassador identity and debuted her YouTube channel, @ChrisHanxoxo. By 2019, this online makeover blossomed into a bustling TikTok channel (@chrishanxoxo). With an entrepreneurial background spearheading a language consultancy firm in Shanghai, China, and an extensive MBA from the University of Southern California, Han was no stranger to the strategic maneuvering a new endeavor requires in the competitive online world. She hails from a city nicknamed the “Paris of the East”; fashion was already in her DNA.

“Growing up in this bustling city exposed me to iconic architecture, cutting-edge fashion trends, and inspiring art scenes,” explained Han. “The vibrant cultural tapestry of Shanghai is intricately woven into the very essence of who I am. My career is a harmonious blend of Shanghai chic infused with a touch of European sophistication—a fusion that infuses excitement and a keen sense of style into everything I do.”

Shanghai is instrumental in shaping Han’s unique aesthetic—which combines contemporary edge with Old World, Euro elegance—and Han’s selective approach to brand partnerships. With every skincare unboxing reel or OOTD post, Han makes it a point to link with brands she utilizes at home and can discover as integral staples in her closet or morning and night wellness routines. From L’Occitane to Aveeno, Porsche to Chanel, it isn’t endorsed to her audience if it doesn’t earn the Chris Han stamp of approval.
