While in the Philippines, Romoff does not need any introductions. Her roots as a designer come from home. Her grandmother is the first couturier from Cebu, and her mother made her mark in the garment manufacturing industry. It was only a matter of time until Romoff immersed herself in fashion, and she did.

Now, Romoff is known as one of the most successful designers in the Philippines. Her aesthetic focuses on dramatic bows, flounce, timeless shades, and silk, all craftily made to fit a woman’s transformative silhouette, which is not, as we all know, is not comparable to the rest. Her design ethos managed to take the elements of girlhood into romantic and elegant pieces that suit any modern woman who might be out for lunch, a date, and even a simple nightcap at the end of a long day.
For the designer, it was about illustrating the complex nature of women through the machinations of transforming fabric to make that idea come to life. Romoff utilized ruching and hand smocking on tulle, organdy, and taffeta while letting her imagination run wild.

As a result, this collection became a triumphant success. It’s an ode to women of different shapes, sizes, and backgrounds, and it’s inclusive. These are just some reasons why Romoff would have plenty of success globally, not only as a top Filipino designer but as a venerable talent that could stamp her name in the hallowed halls of the fashion world.
